Would anyone be interested in helping me develop an API? I have had some trouble and am looking for someone who is experienced in working with IQFeed.

Download Fundamental, Summary, and Historic data for a large data set. (to be scheduled and automated) Maintain a current list of available Listed Markets, Security Types, SIC codes, NAICS codes, & Dynamic Fieldsets to easily modify what data is downloaded and for what data set. Track what symbols get added/removed. Upload the data directly into a MSSQL database.
Those are the basics

I can do all this in Matlab, using the IQML (IQFeed-Matlab) connector. I have experience with everything you listed. If you have Matlab then you'd be able to use/adapt/maintain the code by yourself. If you don't have Matlab, the program could be compiled as a standalone executable. Contact me to discuss further, if you're interested. I think I should have used the term Application instead of API, no specific development environment is needed
