so far as I know this is supposed to work with Open Office but I can't make it. I'm trying to use a .xlsx file given to me, one problem I know I'm having is the formulas aren't copying to my files like I was told to use in the cells, when I change it to =IQLink|SYMBOL!last (how I was instructed to do) I'm only bringing up errors... i've tried to use it with .xls, .html (open office calc) and google docs to no avail.

This is how the formulas are saving in my files, no matter which type I try to use ... [7]!change

I've logged into the DTN feed, it says its open, I can pull up the news feed etc, I just can't figure out what is wrong with the spreadsheet function. Any help will be welcome.

I am attaching a screen shot of my spreadsheet if that helps with solutions.

Thanks,

Thomas Hughes

Also, the trouble shooter says IQfeed is launching wihtout IQ32.D11 and that I'm having L1 errors, is this possible the problem? And how do I fix it?

never mind, I got it fixed, had to reinstall software, and use a different formula for the cells than what I was originally told.

all is good.
