JRA -Interested User- Posts: 3 Joined: Jan 27, 2016	Posted: Jan 27, 2016 01:32 AM Msg. 1 of 5 Today I am not getting data for mini Dax. In Sierra I get the message unknown Symbol. But In Ninjatrader as well I am not getting any Data. Any Feedback
DTN_LorenF -DTN Technical Support- Posts: 228 Joined: May 11, 2004	Posted: Jan 27, 2016 07:00 AM Msg. 2 of 5 Jra to start with, can you bring up the IQ Watch Quote Application that is installed with the IQFeed Client and enter the symbol DXM# or DXMH16 there? This is the data coming in to your computer from our servers. In Sierra Charts, can you do a manual input of the symbol: Go to File and then new Intraday chart, on the file Name: Enter the symbol in capital letters DXM# or DXMH16 I have attached a pdf of the page. JRA -Interested User- Posts: 3 Joined: Jan 27, 2016	Posted: Jan 27, 2016 07:15 AM Msg. 3 of 5 I did both. No quotes coming in IQFeed Watch. And on Sierra the chart loads history up to the last minute and then gives the error unknown Symbol. Contacted Sierra and they said it has to do with the data Feed or restrictions from the exchange. But Fdax is working Fine. On the other hand FESX is not working as well. I also loaded the symbols on ninja and it does the same thing. Load history up to the last minute and then nothing. But ninja doesn't give any error.
