In order to get your delayed or real time Nymex data you just need to add that exchange to your account. You can do this by going to this url https://my.telventdtn.com/storefront/login?ReturnUrl=%2fstorefront%2fcustomer%2fServiceSummary%3f From there, login, and then I believe there is an add exchanges link that you can click that will walk you through the remainder of the process.
