Hello,

I just signed for the trial IQ FEED for BMF and I am not able to download any data for IND, WIN. It appears on NINJA TRADER:

"Error on loading chart data for 'WIN 02-15 Bovespa" E, Invalid symbol."

I would like o download tick data. But even minute data isn"t downloading.

the 02/15 is a expired contract, the current active contract is 04-15.
You will receive that error due to it being expired.
A option for a work a-round is to use the expiry of ##-## for the continuous contract.
You may need to talk to Ninja trader support for any assistance.
