I am working on support for our company president and his DTN.IQ Client. Everything appears to be functioning correctly with the exception of the News link. From any page, clicking the News button gives no response. IQFeed is connected, and I can bring up the News app by using the Display Apps option from the IQFeed icon in the systray, but the News button from within any part of DTN.IQ does nothing.

Hello DustinH, chances are DTNIQ was not installed as admin rights so it maybe missing a registry key. To correct this you will need include a registry key to the Registry Editor under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\DTN\IQFeed\Startup. Within the Startup Folder, look to see if the Key called InstalledTo is listed. If it is not you will need to add a new String Key called "InstalledTo" with a value of C:\Program Files(x86)\DTN\IQFeed. Once that is added restart DTNIQ and you should be able to open the News window. If you continue to have problems please let us know.
