"Boy, probably spent a thousand hours trying to get ******* API to work right. And now two hours to have something running with IQFeed. Hmmm, guess I was pretty stupid to fight rather than switch all this time. And have gotten more customer service from you guys already than total from them… in five years." - Comment from Jim
"Thanks for the great product and support. During this week of high volume trading, my QuoteTracker + IQ Feed setup never missed a beat. Also, thanks for your swiftness in responding to data issues. I was on ******* for a few years before I made the switch over early this year, and wish I had done it a long time ago." - Comment from Ken

Hi Dasziel,

Are you a satellite IRT user with the DTN Market Access refresh? IRT is actually who you would need to contact, and they then contact the proper support people for Market Access. We can go ahead and skip this however, and I will let the Market Access support people know what you are experiencing.

Are you trying to backfill tick, minute, daily, weekly, or monthly data? When you say the datafeed does not work properly with any symbol, can you give me a bit more detail so we can get this resolved? Are you getting lagging data, missing data, not enough backfill, etc?

Thank you,

Sarah

Hello Dasziel,

I have spoken to several support people here, and it has come to my attention that you may actually be using an IQ Feed login to refresh the data. If this is the case, you will need to configure the data source to show IQ Feed rather than Market Access in order for it to refresh properly.

Thanks,

Sarah
