First the company website, now I'm unable to login. IQFeed client is telling me: "Failure retrieving login information"

Looks like some sort of less localized problem.

We are looking into the login issue. I have confirmed the issue and it should be resolved shortly.

The login issue is resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience. At this time engineers are still looking into the issue with the symbol guide. We hope to have a resolution soon.

I received the same error message of "Failure retrieving login information" and have not been able to log-in. Now I receive the following message " Sorry, your Product and/or Service for the attempted login are incorrect. If you have recently changed products you may also need to change your type of service. Please contact DTN customer support for assistance." I have not changed my service on my end. Any suggestions as to what happened?

Jay, I am sorry but how do I send a private message? As for your other question I am using Amibroker for the software. Everything was fine until a few days ago when this started to happen.
