MSS --- Original message by mss on May 9, 2007 11:55 AM A response to your question was sent to you on Monday. Perhaps you don't have your email filters set up correctly? You should see a message with subject "Re: Tradeworks Software feedback".
In any case, let me respond again here.:
1. I'm not sure what you mean by "cannot load QCollector". Do you mean the program won't start up? Are you seeing any error messages? 2. I suggest you go to our web site at http://www.mechtrading.com/qcollector/dtn/download.htm and install the latest version of QCollector For DTN IQFeed. I haven't received any other reports of problems running QCollector with the new release of the IQFeed client software.

As the developer of QCollector For DTN IQFeed I can say that QCollector has been tested against the new server configuration supporting the seconds in the time stamps for historical and real-time tick data and performed perfectly.
The next release of QCollector For DTN IQFeed will fully support the new data feed features when they are rolled out.

This post is to announce the release of QCollector For DTN for beta testing.
QCollector For DTN lets IQFeed subscribers download data for stocks, futures, options and indexes and save the data to files on their computer. The downloaded data can then be used in other trading programs for technical analysis, charting and scanning, or running and testing trading systems. No need to subscribe to additional data services for historical data.
You can download a free copy of QCollector For DTN from the Tradeworks Software web site at http://www.mechtrading.com/qcollector/dtn/download.htm
